- Log into https://mail.google.com. Click on the gear icon in the upper-right and select “See all settings”
- Select “Filters and Blocked Address” and click “Create a new filter”
- In the “From” field enter: “[email protected], [email protected]“. Then click “Create filter”
- Check the option “Never send it to Spam”
- Check “Also apply filter to (#) matching message” (optional)
- Click “Create filter”
For Comcast
- Go to: https://my.xfinity.com
- Log In with Comcast email and password.
- Go to the webmail interface (the envelope icon across the top bar)
- Click the Gear Icon for Settings
- Select “Email Settings”
- Click on Filter Rule, then “Add new rule”
- Create a rule with the following conditions:
- Sender/From: “[email protected], [email protected]“
- Actions: “Keep”
For Apple Mail
- Make sure that “[email protected], [email protected]” are in your saved contacts
- Select Mail > Preferences from the menu in Apple Mail
- Select the Junk Mail tab
- Make sure Enable Junk Mail Filtering is checked
- In the section labeled The following types of messages are exempt from junk mail filtering, place a check mark in the box in front of Sender of message is in my Contacts
For Outlook
- Click the gear menu at the top right corner of Outlook.com website
- Click “View All Outlook Settings”
- Click the “Junk Email” option in the left pane
- Add “[email protected], [email protected]” to the “Safe senders and domains” list
For Hotmail
- Click on “Options” in the upper right corner of your Hotmail screen
- Then click the link for “Safe and Blocked Senders” in the body of the page under Junk e-mail
- Click the “Safe Senders” link and enter “[email protected], [email protected]”
- Click “Add” to put it on your list

1. Open your email
2. Click the New Contact link at the top of
the Contacts drop down menu on the right
side of the mail screen
3. Click the Email field in the New Contact
pane that opens up on the left side of mail
screen
4. Enter the email addresses:
“[email protected], [email protected]“
5. Click the Save Changes button on the top
right corner of the New Contact pane
