Here’s all you’ll need to make it:
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp garlic paste
- 3 sprigs thyme, minced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 lemon, halved
Instructions:
- Season steak with salt and pepper
- Mix garlic, juice from half a lemon, oil, and thyme
- Rub onto steak and marinate for 30 minutes
- Grill over medium-high heat for 3 minutes per side
- Baste with honey water mix for last minute per side
- Char half lemon on cut side
- Remove, cover in foil, and rest for 2 minutes
- Slice on the bias and serve with charred lemon
