Grown on similar clay-limestone soils and harvested by hand, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented with native yeast. The result? A pale pink beauty with aromas of flowers and tropical fruit. It’s round and fruity on the palate with a smooth, balanced finish.

2024 Menetou-Salon Blanc

From the neighboring appellation of Menetou-Salon, this Sauvignon Blanc is a hidden gem. Sourced from younger vines on limestone-rich soil, it shares Sancerre’s signature citrus notes but with its own identity. Expect bright acidity, a full-bodied structure, and subtle mineral tones. Aged on the lees for up to six months, it delivers freshness with a touch of creaminess.

Serving Tip: Chill to 8–10°C and serve with oysters, white fish, or soft cheeses.

2024 Menetou-Salon Rosé ‘Le Pré Long’

This dry rosé comes from 20-year-old Pinot Noir vines rooted in Kimmeridgian soil—a mix of clay and limestone that brings texture and minerality. With careful vineyard work and precise vinification, this wine captures the essence of the grape and the place. Pale salmon in color with aromas of red cherry and pomegranate, it’s vibrant, clean, and perfect for warm weather sipping.
