Our Touraine Sauvignon originates from clay-limestone slopes adorned with flint incrustations, situated on the right bank of the river Cher, known as perruches. To craft this wine, we employ a meticulous process that entails cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by a low-temperature fermentation, culminating in six months of maturation within stainless steel tanks.
