Is the $59.99 purchase an annual fee If so, will it automatically renew?

Yes, the membership price is an annual fee, subject to changes in pricing and terms. It will automatically be renewed every year on the same date.

What if I decide this is not for me; is it refundable?

The membership is non-refundable. You can enjoy all the perks including exclusive access to wines and promotions available until the membership expires.

How is this different from the subscription you offer?

The Premium Wine Club subscription includes 2-3 bottles of deluxe wines shipped every month, a virtual wine tasting community, and many other benefits.

Will there be a separate option in my account to view my Case Club purchases?

Yes, easily view your available bottles directly in your account under 'Case Club Bank’. 

Can I ship my 12 bottles to different addresses?

At this time, all 12 bottles in a Case Club shipment must be sent to a single address to qualify for the $10 reward. Shipments totaling $60 or less to any given address(es) will be subject to standard shipping threshold rates."

What happens if I order under 12 bottles?

The flexibility of Case Club allows you to add any quantity of bottles to your Bank. This means you can order as few as 1 bottle at a time until you accumulate 12 bottles, earning Case Club Cash credits for future purchases.

What if I want to ship less than 12 bottles?

All Case Club members can ship fewer than 12 bottles, but standard shipping thresholds and rates may apply. No Case Club Cash will be earned on these orders

How long can I hold my bottles?

One perk of Case Club membership is the flexibility to hold your bottles for as long as you need. Physically, they are stored in our temperature-controlled warehouse. Digitally, you can manage them in your Case Club Bank and add them to a shipment whenever you're ready.

Can I ship any bottles at any time?

All Case Club members can ship any number of bottles at any time. However, only shipments of 12 bottles will earn Case Club Cash. Shipments containing fewer than 12 bottles will be subject to standard shipping thresholds and rates, and no Case Club Cash will be earned on those orders.

How will I know what wines I have already shipped?

View your Case Club Shipments to track your cases. View available bottles in your Case Club Bank to create a new shipment.

Manage Your "Case Club Cash"

What is Case Club Cash, and how does it work?

Case Club Cash is a $10 credit towards a future purchase, earned on each eligible shipment. Eligible shipments include twelve 750ml bottles or six 1.5L magnum bottles. Exclusions may apply; please refer to the Terms of Service for more details

How soon can I start using my Case Club Cash?

Case Club Cash will automatically become available for future purchases once an eligible shipment is delivered. You can track the status of your shipments and Case Club Cash within the Case Club Shipments tab. Please allow up to 48 hours for status updates to reflect.

Will I be able to redeem more than one Case Club Cash credit at a time?

Yes, once Case Club Cash credits are earned, they can be applied in full towards any future purchase. If you choose to accumulate your balance, you have the option to defer using your cash back until you've accrued your desired amount.

Does my Case Club Cash expire?

No, your Case Club Cash will not expire.
