Winemaking
Whole-grape pressing (4-6 hours), temperature-controlled with slow fermentation, aging six months on fine lees. Average age of vines is 35 years.

Tasting Notes
The delicate and pure robe highlights an intense and complex bouquet mingles white flowers, passion fruit, pineapple, with candied yellow fruit. Citrus aromas are supported by a mineral structure. The mouth is full-bodied, well-balanced, and harmonious with a great length. Dry and racy wine.
