Patience is a virtue when it comes to Amarone della Valpolicella. The Campagnola clan dry the classic trio of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella for over three months, and the resulting raisins are used to produce one of Italy's most striking wines. Their 2013 bottling delivers an intriguing, yet surprisingly juicy bouquet of plum, amarena cherry, sweet tobacco leaf, and toasted spices. An Amarone this powerful and bold is rarely seen at this price in a magnum format, so snag a bottle today!

Lots of ripe strawberry, blackberry bush and hints of nutmeg, vanilla and spices make for a very fresh and elegant nose for an Amarone. Medium to full body, deliciously tangy acidity and a really driven finish. Drink now.
