Terroir
The Hautes-Cotes vineyard area covers very well exposed hillsides situated around 400m in altitude, 100m above the regular Cote-de-Beaune vineyard area. The vines are situated in the sunniest slopes of this region.

100% Pinot Noir

Winemaking
Manual harvest with grape sorting before vinification and full destemming of the grapes. Fermentation in tanks with strict control of temperatures.

Wine Tasting
Deep brilliant ruby red color. Strong red berries aroma, with a fine Pinot Noir touch. In the mouth, a very delicate structure, with a beautiful roundness. A very pleasant wine, typical from the Hautes-Cotes de Beaune.

Food Pairing
Pairs well with all roasted or grilled red meats, feathered game meats, and mildly-flavored cheeses.

Service Temperature and Aging
