Winemaking
Grapes for Prosecco come from highly desirable vineyards in northeastern Italy. The first stage in making Prosecco follows traditional white wine methods. In the second stage, the Charmat method is used to bring about a secondary fermentation before the wine is bottled under pressure, preserving all of the wine's fresh fruit characteristics.

Characteristics
The color is pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. It has a fine and persistent perlage, a floral bouquet, and a lovely and refreshing taste.

Suggested Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif or with delicate dishes. It is very pleasant to sip after dinner.
