Background
From a selection of three distinctly different clones and three vineyard, terroirs, and microclimates within our sub-AVA in the Napa Valley. Under the guidance of two Napa Valley legends, vineyard manager Paul Garvey and winemaker Jean Hoefliger, this fruit is hand-picked from select blocks and hand-sorted. Then the whole berry fermented in micro-fermentation batches. This results in a richly textured Napa Valley Cabernet that is incredibly approachable upon release yet will age gracefully for years to come.

Winemaker's Notes
Color: Shiny Ruby with Ferrari red on the rim
Nose: Explosion of spices, such as black pepper, nutmeg, and a hint of clove lifting the small black fruit notes, like cranberries and wild blueberries. Aromas lingering on vanilla beans with a hint of fern and underbrush.
Palate: Round and filling entrance, opening to a fresh evolution. Carried with notes of grenadine, meringue lemon pie and hazelnut paste.
