Vine Management
High-trained, widely-spaced vines, grass cover in every other row, plowing, sustainable growing, de-leafing, pre-pruning, and mechanical harvesting.

Vinification
Pressing in a press with a stainless-steel membrane. Cooling of the must, addition of enzymes, settling, yeasting. Around one month's fermentation at a maximum temperature of 18 degrees C, providing a combination of fat, fruit, and freshness.

Aging
Eight months. After malolactic fermentation, the wine spends one month blending in a stainless-steel vat. It then undergoes fining and filtration to stabilize it and make it clear, bright, and more aromatically pure. Bottling done at the domaine.

Tasting Notes
Pale or yellow gold hue depending on the vintage. Its nose may express aromas of hawthorn, honeysuckle, citrus, or white nettles. It is fat, fresh, and well-balanced on the palate, with a lively acidity allowing it to age well.
