Terroir
Micro-terroir embraced by the immensity of the Andes Mountains, with soils of alluvial origin, great presence of boulders of various sizes, and poor organic matter. Altitude of approximately 1,300 meters above sea level, granting the vines vast thermal amplitude. The water used is obtained directly from pure and high-quality snowmelt. This water is collected in a dam in the highest area of the vineyard, where a drip irrigation system achieves proper water distribution for the whole vineyard.
Winemaker's Notes
Intense red color with attractive purple hues. On the nose, its freshness and vivacity are immediate, then give way to notes of fresh red fruits, such as blackberries and currants, and floral hints of violets. Spices and mineral notes are exquisitely balanced with subtle notes of chocolate and vanilla brought about by French oak aging. The mouth has a fresh and vibrant sensation, followed by a broad palate and sweet tannins. This is a harmoniously complex and structured wine with a lingering finish and substantial aging potential.
