Tasting Notes
This 2014 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon offers great balance and excellent acidity. Notes of cherry and cassis mixed with dark berries are present. The oak is sweet with espresso notes. This Cab has a rich and inviting profile, with huge volume on the palate that carries through to a lush and lengthy finish. Cheers!

Winemaking
Of all the wines produced in Napa Valley, only about 1.3% come from the Mount Veeder Appellation, making them rare and collectible. Saint Veeder produces naturally low-yield Cab from 30-year-old vines. Grapes are hand-farmed and hand-picked. The wine is masterfully crafted by Napa Valley winemaker Jeff Fontanella.
