Winemaking Details
Before the fermentation process, the grapes cold macerate between 0 and 4 degrees C for 4-6 days, depending on the grape variety. Alcoholic fermentation, at a controlled temperature of max. 24 degrees C follows, lasting 10-14 days to let the fruitiest elements express their best.
