Winemaking
Hand-picked in small baskets at the end of October. Classic vinification with soaking, malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Eight months in oak barriques from France and the USA, followed by six months of bottle aging.

Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red. Deep scent of red fruits, wild berries, vanilla, violet, leather, spices, and wild forest. Round in the mouth, full, well-balanced. Warm and elegant, with good structure. Long with soft tannins.
