Terroir: The 75 ha of Chateau Riviere's vines, facing due south on limestone-clay terraces with worn pebbles, enjoy a sunny climate conducive to balanced grape ripening
Vine Management: Green pruning to control yield and ensure maximum ripeness

Vinification
Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Four-week maceration with gentle extraction by daily pump-over. Malolactic fermentation.
Aging: In stainless steel

Tasting Notes
This wine reveals an expressive nose of jammy black fruit and spicy and camphor notes. It is deliciously full-bodied on the palate, combining elegance with power.
