This 2018 Cab marks Saint Veeder's 7th vintage. This Cabernet is opaque purple in the glass. The core flavors of wild blueberry preserves, black currant, cherry, cassis, and licorice are vivid and well-defined. Aromas of violet cascade to a rich and silky finish with bright acidity and balanced tannins. This vintage is a perfect 7th-anniversary wine.
