Winemaking Details
Once ripe, the grapes are processed separately at controlled temperatures (25 to 30 degrees C), undergoing maceration for approximately eight days. Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are complete, the wine is aged in barriques.

Tasting Notes
Elegant and complex nose with notes of blackberries and spices. On the palate, warm and supple. The core of ripe red fruit is supported by soft tannins, with a rich structure leading to a long and spicy finish.
