Vinification Details
Winemaking: Malolactic fermentation in the barrel. Temperature maintained at 26 degrees C. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels.
Filtering: Light filtration before bottling

Tasting Notes
Opaque purple-colored, it has an attractive perfume of toast, violets, spices, licorice, black currant, and blackberry. Full-bodied palate with notes of kirsch and chocolate. A full, layered wine with supple, structured tannins and several years of aging potential.

Service
Food Pairings: An ideal partner for game meat and stews. It combines perfectly with legumes and mature cheese, as well as with cured cheese, baked fig, and quince paste.

Baked black cherries, iodine, oyster sauce, violet extract and tar on the nose, following through to a full-bodied palate, rounded by plenty of tight and quality tannins that are coated with fruit and a hint of a balsamic. 100% Tempranillo. Drink or hold.
