Wine Details
The 'Cobblestone Vineyard Reserve' represents the best from our family estate vineyard on Napa Valley's Atlas Peak. As our wine matures, we set aside what we consider the finest barrels of each of our two Cabernet Sauvignon clones and other Bordeaux varietals. From this outstanding juice, we determine the blend that would most accurately showcase the exceptional characteristics of the vintage and possess the best structure for long-term cellaring potential.

Technical Details
Blend: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon (80% Clone 4, 20% Clone 337)
Aging: For 20 months in French oak barriques (60% new)
Winemaker: Sam Baxter

Tasting Notes
Dark fruit aromas of black currant and Bing cherry mingled with anise, cedar, savory earth bits, and black spices. Rich and lush on the palate, the soft fruit tannins are surprisingly forward, giving up flavors of dark berries layered with cocoa and caramel, finishing soft and round. The 2015 vintage shows the ripeness of a warm vintage with soft tannins, allowing for early enjoyment.
