It's frequently off the main drag where real discoveries are made. Some of these roads have a route number, some have no sign, and some even have no name at all. These side roads scattered throughout wine country are where the real adventures begin. In the tradition of curious exploration of the countryside, No Name Road is the result of searching for hidden gems in some of the greatest wine-growing areas. The wine is to be shared, but the name is not.

80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Merlot, 3% Malbec

Tasting Notes
This full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon has great fruit flavors and smooth structured tannins. Aromas of black cherry, cassis, plum, slight blueberry, vanilla, oak, and chocolate. A fruit-forward wine with lush flavors, a nice balance, and a long, silky finish.

Food Pairings
A perfect wine for pairing with grilled steaks, cheeseburgers, or rich red meat of any kind.

The 2021 No Name Road Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with fresh aromas of blackberreis [sic] and cherries which are woven together with spices, florals, herbs and licorice. On the palate this is medium-bodied, soft and velvety, as flavors of ripe red/dark fruits, spices and floral notes build lead up to the finish. This is accessible now, and should continue to drink nicely over the course of the next 2-5 years.
