The 2019 Minervois 6 Vents sports a deep purple hue to go with ripe aromas and flavors of macerated black cherries, licorice, pepper, and roasted garrigue. This rich, medium to full-bodied, mouth-filling Minervois shows solid elegance and purity on the palate, with a good sense of freshness as well as balance. It has plenty of character and will drink well for 3-5 years.
